She's trained in behavioural intervention and low-arousal approaches — in plain terms, she works at the child's pace instead of pushing. She's used to sitting in the same room as psychologists, occupational therapists and teachers, so she looks at the whole picture, not just what happens in a session.

Rachel is the patient one. She takes her time building trust with a child before anything else happens, which is exactly what some children need before they'll sit still for anything. Her background is in research on cognition, behaviour and wellbeing, and she puts it to work on communication, emotional regulation and getting along with other kids. Years of caregiving and community work is where the listening came from.

Samantha runs the brain maps and turns them into a training plan. She's the one who can tell you what the scan actually found without burying you in jargon. She's worked with children with autism, ADHD, global developmental delay, learning difficulties and speech and language delays. Her research background is in how language and learning develop — which shows up in how she works with children who struggle to get their words out.

Does it hurt? Is it safe for my child?

Not at all. Soft sensors simply rest on the scalp and read the brain's activity — nothing goes into the body, and there are no needles, shocks or medication. It's calm, comfortable and suitable from age 4.

What happens at the first visit?

The first visit is a Brain Assessment (RM258, about an hour). We review the background, do a brainwave scan, and turn it into a clear report. You'll sit down with a therapist who explains the results and a suggested plan — with no pressure to commit on the spot.

How long are sessions, and how many will we need?

Each training session is about 30 minutes. The number of sessions depends entirely on your child and what the assessment shows — we'll give you a realistic estimate after the report, rather than a one-size-fits-all answer.

When will we see a difference?

Every child is different. Many parents start noticing small changes — calmer evenings, easier homework, better sleep — within the first several weeks. The assessment and regular re-scans help us track real, measurable progress along the way.

Is this only for children?

No. While we work with a lot of children, adults come to us too — for focus, stress, sleep and burnout. The same gentle approach applies, mapped to your own brainwaves.

Is there anyone it isn't suitable for?

It's gentle and widely suitable, but we ask about any history of epilepsy or ongoing neurological medication first, so we can advise you honestly. If it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you.
